He accomplished in the field of entrepreneurship and has headed many innovative programs for the National University of Singapore and Innovation Factory.

Agustiadi is a seasoned executive, connector and ecosystem builder within the Singapore’s and Indonesia’s tech startup ecosystem. He is currently working in various capacities with Innovation Factory, the innovation arm of Salim Group. He is leading the operations of Indonesia’s largest modern hydroponic farms, Batamindo Green Farm serving fresh vegetables for both local and export markets. He is also involved in the Group’s ecosystem building effort with BLOCK71 Indonesia, in collaboration with NUS.

Prior to SKALA, Andora was a Management Consultant in the Jakarta Consulting Group (JCG).

She has an extensive experience in the tech industry in which she co founded a data driven company that provides a seamless cloud-based solution to improve rental process efficiency through the use of SaaS and IoT as her first Tech Venture. Having a passion in tech, she also led an AI company that helps businesses process automation using Face Recognition Technology, E-KYC & OCR system.

She graduated with a Master Degree in Business Strategy & Economics from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

As the Director of Operations, Andora oversees all day to day operational aspects of Innovation Factory and helps set strategic goals to support the company mission.

As the Head of Business Development at Innovation Factory, Dilla spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and foster innovation.

With over 7 years of experience in business development, she successfully transformed the startup ecosystem builder of one of Indonesia's largest conglomerates into a revenue-generating powerhouse.

Adept at creating innovative programs and establishing key partnerships, she expanded the corporate client base ranging from Indonesian corporates, SOE, multinational companies, and INGOs, contributing significantly to Innovation Factory's financial success.

Her achievements include substantial revenue growth, successful client acquisition, and the establishment of key partnerships, reinforcing my commitment to driving business success through strategic development initiatives.

Graduated from the University of Portsmouth with Bachelors of Arts in Accounting and Financial Management, Novi continued her studies in culinary arts as well as Japanese Language. With her big passion in learning, she was introduced to the startup world first through ANGIN, an angel investment network, where her role involved leading a number of startup hackathons, advisory and research projects.

Leveraging that experience, she joined Innovation Factory to run the Flagship SKALA Accelerator Program as a platform to support the growth of early stage startups in Indonesia. Aside from SKALA, she is also involved in the day to day operations supporting the three initiatives under Innovation Factory.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from the Indonesian Institute of the Arts in Surakarta. Starting her career as a UI/UX designer, has experience in founding a startup in the event management system. Her journey continued as she transitioned into the role of an Account Executive within the same startup. Driven by enthusiasm and a keen interest in the startup ecosystem, Mawar took on the role of Community Lead at Indigo by Telkom Indonesia.

Currently, she has joined Innovation Factory as a Business Development Executive, focusing on establishing collaborations with companies and government entities in Indonesia. Her role involves cultivating partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Mawar also serves as a Community Manager at BLOCK71 Yogyakarta, where she actively manages and nurtures the local startup community and ecosystem.

She began her career as a Digital Strategist at a marketing communications agency, gaining valuable experience across diverse industries like F&B, furniture, and fashion. This experience honed her skills in crafting effective digital marketing strategies.

Leveraging her expertise, she transitioned to the exciting world of startups by joining Innovation Factory. There, she thrived in a fast-paced environment, developing engaging community activities and designing impactful marketing plans for both the company and its programs. Her data-driven approach yielded results, including boosting lead generation, optimizing conversion rates, and growing social media awareness through various marketing channels and initiatives.

Currently, she serves as the Community and Marketing Manager for BLOCK71 Bandung. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations while actively cultivating relationships with the local startup community.

Ben is a dynamic individual who is passionate about learning and exploration. He is enthusiastic about innovation and creativity, and constantly expands his knowledge base. With a keen eye for photography and design, he finds joy in capturing moments and shaping ideas.

He is currently immersed in learning Figma for UI/UX design work to delve deeper into the realm of design. Ben is a self-motivated, independent, and disciplined individual who is dedicated to mastering new skills and techniques. He has a strong foundation in platform design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for work, which enables him to bring creative visions to life.
